Shenyang Xinglian Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Incubation Base (Comprehensive Service Platform), known as Xinglian Cross-border, has completed the filing with the Municipal Bureau of Commerce. It is led by Shenyang High-tech Venture Center Co., Ltd. and jointly developed by Shenyang Free Trade Zone Cross-border E-commerce Enterprise Association, fully empowering Shenyang manufacturing enterprises to go global.
